Chronic Spontaneous Urticarla

Chronic spontaneous urticaria is mast cell-driven disease marked by the presence of itchy wheals (hives), angioedema, or both for over six weeks. While CU can be spontaneous (no identifiable trigger) or inducible (caused by a known trigger such as pressure or sun exposure), this trial will focus specifically on the spontaneous type. Help us learn more about the benefits of available treatments and the effects this condition has on quality of life by participating in this observational trial.

Qualified Participants Must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a diagnosis of primary CSU
  • Have inadequate control of CSU despite receiving one or more antihistamines
  • Be willing to complete daily entries about their condition via electronic means
  • Additional criteria may apply.

Qualified Participants May:

  • See a study doctor at no cost
  • Receive compensation for time and travel
